I paid for coins but didn't receive them, what do I do?

Android Devices

If you purchased using an Android device please contact us via the 'Report Problem’ button within our app and forward a copy of your purchase confirmation email to support@tapslots.com. This way we can see the specific transaction you're referring to.

If you no longer have the email, you can also get the order id from https://wallet.google.com/manage/ by logging in with the email address tied to your phone/Google Wallet account.

Kindle Fire Devices

Amazon users, please contact us via the 'Report Problem’ button within our app and forward a copy of your purchase confirmation email to support@tapslots.com. Please also mention the exact amount of coins you purchased.

iOS Devices

Apple users, please use the 'Report a Problem' link in the receipt email sent from Apple for the purchase. Note: this email may not arrive until you are charged for the purchase, which can be a few hours after you make the purchase.

Desktop/Facebook

If you made a purchase using Facebook credits on your computer, please forward a copy of the order confirmation email/s to our Player Support team at support@tapslots.com, along with details of any errors or problems you may have encountered when attempting to complete this purchase.
