How do I report a problem?

To send us a report, please use the Report Problem button that you can reach by clicking on the 'Settings' button in the top right hand corner of screen, ensuring that you describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

IMPORTANT: if you believe you have lost coins, please specify how many coins as well as how you lost those coins.
